SMS Messaging Terms

BreezeRoster provides volunteer scheduling software to organizations and their teams. When a team you volunteer with uses BreezeRoster, they may send you SMS text messages related to scheduling.

Program description

Messages are transactional and relate only to your volunteering: availability requests, schedule assignments and changes, and event reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in

You opt in to text messages in one of two ways: (1) a team administrator adds your phone number and confirms you agreed to receive scheduling texts, or (2) you provide your own phone number and accept this consent language on your team's availability page. Consent is not a condition of volunteering.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on your schedule — typically a few messages per scheduling period. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out and getting help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and then no further messages. To resume messages, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact your team administrator or support@breezeroster.com.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your phone number, and we do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled.
