BreezeRoster provides volunteer scheduling software. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, with particular attention to phone numbers used for SMS scheduling messages.

Information we collect

We collect the information your organization or team provides to run scheduling: your name, contact details (phone number and/or email), the roles you serve, and your availability and assignment responses.

How we use phone numbers

Phone numbers are used solely to send transactional scheduling text messages on behalf of your team — availability requests, assignments, and reminders — and to record your opt-in/opt-out preferences. We do not use phone numbers for marketing.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS messages are delivered through a messaging provider acting on our behalf solely to transmit your messages.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Messaging Terms for details. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact your team administrator or support@breezeroster.com.
